Over the years we've received a lot of similar questions being asked that we've decided to compile them here. Please read over it carefully. If you ask the same or similar question that is already answered then you will be directed here.

1. Can I join the group even if I'm not an artist?

Absolutely! As long as you're a fan of Harry Potter you're more than welcome to join.

2. Who owns the group?

The group is owned by Ethys and Alandrus

3. I think there are some really ugly pieces of work in the gallery. How can I have them removed?

Unless they are breaking any of our rules or Deviantart's rules, you can't. It's not your decision on what is "good artwork". If you don't like the artwork, delete it from your messages and move on. At this present time we accept all levels of artwork.

4. Someone has submitted stolen content / mature content with no tag!

If you find someone has submitted stolen content please send us a link to the deviation and proof of theft. Likewise, if you see someone has submitted something mature without a mature filter then please send us a link to the deviation and we will deal with it. Do not confront the person!

5. How many pieces of artwork can I submit?

_{At the present time if you are a member you are able to submit three deviations per week; if you are an admin you have unlimited submission limit. Please note, if you submit your deviation incorrectly it will be declined and you will lose your submission quota for the week so it is very important that you submit your work correctly!}

6. Will you affiliate with my group?

We'd be happy to affiliate. The only condition we have is that your group have at least 100 members and/or watchers.

7. Why was my deviation declined?

Most often it was declined because one or both of these reasons:
It was against the groups rules. (IE: Copyrighted material, WIP, or colored-base) It was submitted into the incorrect folder. It was not your deviation.
If you are still unsure why it was declined, please ask. We will be happy to explain.

8. Can I be an administrator?

We only accept administrators if the ones we currently have step down. We will not necessarily create positions for you.

9. I noticed you're missing Prefects, can I be one?

We removed the Prefects position because it was no longer serving a valid function.
