As of 05.21.09, 08.31.09, 09.29.09 anyone who favorites club submissions will receive:

:pointr: 1. A warning
Within the warning note you will be banned, and unbanned, thus removing the favorite from your favorites/collection.
You will be told if you are caught favoring the submission again you will be banned FROM THE CLUB.

We are no longer be waiting a week for a user to remove a favorite. We will forcefully remove it ourselves.
This may seem harsh but it's better than waiting a week to have someone remove something.

:pointr: 2. Banned
If you are caught favoring club submissions after you have been warned not to, you will be banned FROM THE CLUB.

:pointr: 3. Club Members
Anyone who is part of the club and favorites submissions and does not remove them once mistake is realized, will receive a warning and will be given 1 week to read a note asking to remove the submission; your house will also lose 5 house points.
If you open the note, you have 10 minutes to remove the club submission before you are instantly banned.
If you do not respond within 1 week you will be banned.
If you are banned your house will lose 10 house points as a result.

If you are having trouble removing a club submission please note the club and we will be willing to help you out.

Free Art Commissions is a portion of the club that will allow members to request and receive free commissions from willing artists participating in our club. Any artists who are interested in participating will be listed with the specifications of their commissions.

The Hogwarts Herald

The Hogwarts Herald is a newspaper idea. It will be a 2 - 3 page spread with various pieces such as artwork, articles, advice columns, and much more. Everyone in the club is invited to participate, as doing so will result in points towards your house as well as the privilege of being part of the first of what will hopefully be many issues to come!

For a while now a few of the current Head of House's have been neglecting their duties and/or ignoring notes from the head/deputy mistress.

Naturally we are quite upset by this and question as to why they would agree to duties they are not capable of fulfilling.

As a result we are looking for 4 new Head of House's for each house.
PLEASE: Only apply if you have the time to do the duties required of you.

:pointr: Be sure to state which HOH you're applying for (Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw)

We are currently going WAY back into the old submitted art (as far as 2004!) and removing all the people who have favorited piece(s) of work.

We will be sending notes out to users asking them to remove the piece and linking them to the picture they faved.

It would save us a lot of time and hurt if you all could take some time and go through your collections and see if you have any of the clubs work faved/collected.

This way we will not need to send you a note asking you to remove it.

We see Ghosts, witches, and vampires walking amongst our neighborhoods.
But if you're like us and you're sick of seeing the same old thing then this contest is for you!

Crossover Contest
The concept is simple:
You're going to take your favorite character from Harry Potter and dress them up like your favorite character from another fandom.
Your submission should include at least one character and no more than three.

Example: Draco Malfoy dressed up as Legolas from Lord of the Rings.
